Studio Reformers Shipping Policy
At Studio Reformers, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping timelines, shipping methods, tracking, address changes, and damaged goods procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1) Shipping Origin (U.S. & Hong Kong)
Orders may ship from our U.S. warehouse and/or our Hong Kong warehouse, depending on product availability, destination, and fulfillment logistics. In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages shipped separately.
2) Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
3) Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
U.S. Orders (Non-Custom / In-stock)
Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days from the date your order ships.
Custom / Made-to-Order Products (U.S)
Custom products have an estimated delivery time of 5–7 weeks from the date of order placement.
International Orders (Non-Custom / In-stock)
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 weeks from the date of order placement.
International Custom Orders
Estimated delivery time is 8–11 weeks from the date of order placement.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, peak seasons, customs clearance, weather, or local delivery conditions.
4) Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Smaller parcels may ship via standard courier services.
- Larger or heavier equipment may ship via freight carrier and may be delivered curbside, meaning delivery will be made as close as possible to your driveway, garage, or building entrance.
- For curbside freight deliveries, customers are responsible for unloading and moving the equipment indoors.
5) Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor the shipment’s progress.
6) Address Changes
- You may update your shipping address within the order processing period (1–3 business days) at no cost.
- Once an order has shipped, address changes may result in additional fees and/or delays, as the carrier may need to reroute the shipment.
7) Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@studioreformers.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos (and/or video) of the damage, including the packaging and shipping label
Important: Before signing for delivery (especially freight deliveries), please inspect all packages and confirm the quantity matches the delivery slip. If there is any visible damage or discrepancy, please:
- Note it on the delivery slip, and
- Take clear photos
This documentation is important for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and help resolve your issue quickly.
8) International Shipping (Taxes & Duties)
For international orders, Studio Reformers covers shipping costs, taxes, and import duties, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. You should not be asked to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.
If you are contacted by a carrier requesting unexpected payments, please contact us before paying so we can assist you.
